Shipping charges are calculated within the shopping cart. Simply add a product to your shopping cart and select your destination. Your shipping price and approximate delivery timeframe will be displayed. Shipping is calculated at the end of your transaction.
We hope you love Glow It Girl as much as we do! But if you don’t, that’s okay too. – you have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to return your product, subject to the below:
If you haven’t used the product, we’ll exchange it, or refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Glow It Girl Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
If the product has been opened and/or used, we unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange. We're also unable to exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.

Incorrect or Faulty Products
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase.
We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly.
Please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. Glow It Girl does not take responsibility for the costs of returning the products.
We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you; it’s equally important to us! We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.

All accepted refunds follow the returns process detailed above and once approved are applied to the original card or method of purchase.
Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days to show in your account. This varies greatly between card issuers and we are unable to influence this.
